Excellent service quick and well documented. You get a video of your mechanic checking on your vehicle. James Farmer is an excellent representative that communicates possible future needs, offered good choices, and doesn't pressure anything on you.

Great service! Recall work was done quickly. The offered options for recommended maintenance and matched the price of other quotes. Best of all they provided a shuttle back to my home and picked me up when car was finished. GREAT JOB BOUNTIFUL HONDA!!!

I had set up an appointment to bring my car in at noon for a lube, oil and filter change. The shop was packed when I arrived and my hopes of being out of there in 45 minutes didn't look promising. James "checked in"my car and told me he would try to get me in and out as soon as he could, but it could be an hour and a half wait. Throughout my wait in the waiting area, James gave me updates on my vehicle and within an hour had the paperwork ready for me to sign off on and I was able to make my next appointment. I appreciated his willingness to make it possible for me make my next appointment. He was professional and friendly which I was grateful for. Thank you again!!!

Welcoming, helpful, friendly staff. Repairs arr always done right, and within time projected.

Did a recall update. Did it in a timely manner and we appreciate it. Would have liked to have had the car washed however because that is what they said they would do anytime we brought it in.
