Was able to get an appointment quickly. They repaired my car quickly with video documentation of what was going on prior to the repair. Used the shuttle service for the first time, when I dropped off the car so they brought me back to SLC while they worked on the car. Good experience.

Awesome technician. He gave me very direct help about the wear of my tires and said getting them rotated again would make them last longer... amazing because I was just letting them wear out and I was told they were not much good. He was someone I could trust! That can be a difficult find anymore.

The oil change went well. The tire rotation took an extra 2+ hours. They told me it would take an extra hour because of a problem theumy encountered. 2 hours later I had to track them down to get an update. They said 5 minutes. 20 minutes later it was finally done.
