The whole service department at Performance Honda is great. They always take good care of me, keep me up to date on my vehicle’s progress, and have a nice comfortable lounge with popcorn and drinks while I wait.
Awesome technician. He gave me very direct help about the wear of my tires and said getting them rotated again would make them last longer... amazing because I was just letting them wear out and I was told they were not much good. He was someone I could trust! That can be a difficult find anymore.
Sergio is friendly and personable. He insures that the repairs are done correctly and satisfies the customer. He is careful and pays attention to details. I always feel confident that the repairs will be done with quality and in a timely manner. I am always surprised at how fast my requests are completed.
Auto recall
The oil change went well. The tire rotation took an extra 2+ hours. They told me it would take an extra hour because of a problem theumy encountered. 2 hours later I had to track them down to get an update. They said 5 minutes. 20 minutes later it was finally done.

Upon driving into the service department (my first time there) I was greeted by James whom was friendly and asked me what he could help me with today. I was there for a tire rotation and oil change. Upon completion James shared what was performed on the vehicle and answered a few basic questions and told me where my vehicle was and I was on my way. Thank you!

I've been bringing my car here for years, and they've always taken such good care of it. The staff is fantastic and genuinely respectful. Unlike some other places I've been to, where the employees talked down to me, Performance Honda feels welcoming and values their clients. James was excellent to work with in the service department at Performance Honda Bountiful! We were told by a different repair company that our vehicle needed repairs that would cost thousands of dollars. Luckily we went to Performance Honda’s service department to have them look at the car as well and after looking at the vehicle they said that nothing needed repaired and even sent us a video of the parts in question. I went into the dealership for an oil change. And they were very busy. I told Brittney, that I had another appointment. I needed to be out in an hour and she was able to get me in and out. And she also rotated my tires.

Britt made the best of an inherited problem with my tires. A previous person neglected to order my tire the day before. Britt was able to get me a very comparable tire at a comparable price. Plus she was able to get the job done on time even with a new tire order needed. Honda, you need to carry AT tires at the bountiful location, you sell cars that could use them Thank you so much, Britt really came through

Brittney in Service went above and beyond to make sure I was given the best treatment.
James was a great customer service rep and kept us informed throughout the process. No unnecessary up sales, just honest recommendations, if needed.
I would give dealer 5 stars, but unfortunately they didn’t cure my transmission problem. The service writer Brittany was very good to work with. The service tech Max that road tested with me was very cordial, and even agreed there was a problem with transmission shifting top gears. The dealership performed a diagnostic test and performed a transmission 3x flush and fill. They didn’t find any fault codes. Couldn’t find any softwear updates to try. Paid the bill ($480.45) but left feeling frustrated.

I took my van in for a recall, an oil change and an emission test, but I knew it was likely there was some other maintenance that needed to be done because of the age and mileage of my vehicle. I recently moved to the Bountiful area and needed to get at least an oil change done. James helped me out a lot by walking me through everything and keeping my updated with the status of my vehicle and looked for coupons that could help me financially. I loved that the service technician took a video explaining what needed to be done, the sweet receptionist and Dan the shuttle driver. I would definitely recommend going there!
