Salesman Tyler was great. Just a little disappointed the car I bought was not more thoroughly inspected before being resold. Bought a 2018 Nissan Murano that only had 69,000 miles on it and three months later I am having to put in a new battery after my mechanics said that the battery probably should have been replaced about 2 years ago. Seems like corner cutting and could have been replaced before selling it. **Edited** Manager JJ contacted us and made things right by offering reimbursement for the price of the battery replacement since it died so shortly after purchase.

Larry Hawaii was an excellent (5 star) sales rep—he got me the deal I wanted in minutes and was incredibly professional. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth buying experience. However, I wouldn't recommend paying for the detailing service. Unfortunately, they left water marks on the outside, and I still found crumbs on the back seats and sauce stains on the paneling. Overall, it was a great experience, but I'd steer clear of the detail department!

When my son went in for an oil change there was some confusion with a prepaid service as well as if the brake pads needed to be replaced. I was contacted by the GM, JJ, and service manager, Suda (?), who were both amazing to work with on this issue. They made sure there was transparency regarding measurement of the brake pads. Both JJ & Suda went out of their way to give us a good experience and keep our business. We will definitely be back for service and when we decide to buy a new Honda.

I was originally quite upset with my previous visit, and Suda made sure every single stone was turned, went the extra mile, and basically bent over backwards to make things right for me. I spent over 400.00 to get my son’s car fluids changed out. Tonight I noticed there was a wet spot on the driveway. Well after some investigation, found out that the oil change that I got, the bolt was hand tightened. I have zero oil in the car now. This place was awesome. I’ve never had an easier time buying a car. Everyone there was super nice and professional and broke down every option and no matter how many questions I asked they always got back with an answer. Kevin was my sales person and that man put in overtime hours making sure I got the absolute best deal for the car I wanted. He even got me a better out-right deal than my bank did by a landslide. 10/10 would not shop anywhere else in the SLC / Ogden areas!

went to dealership for our scheduled maintenance. When I called to schedule they said appt would be 40 minutes and made mention they had tons of time slots open. When I then arrived for the appt, they told me it would 1 hr and 15 minutes due to the cars ahead of me and I said I had an appt scheduled but he said that it didn’t matter. Recently purchased a car from this dealership, which was our second experience here. Both times we've purchased here were great. Worked with Zeid most recently. Really cool guy, didn't pressure us at all but kept in touch to see how we were doing and to give updates on the car we had our eye on. Loved that he let us go at our own pace and not try to steer us away from what we needed.
