Working with Tyler to get my oil changes and any other issues that need to be fixed he is the best service writer I have worked with. I will always take my vehicles to that shop as long as Tyler works there.
Easy to schedule a service appointment. Brittney was knowledgeable and helpful. Explained in understandable ways each item on my service finds. No pressure.
I went in because of a part being recalled, my windshield was cracked, and my car shook at higher speeds, both accelerating and braking. They replaced the recalled part for free, as they should. They fixed the suspension which reduced the shaking, but didn't completely fix it. And they didn't fix the windshield. They replaced my brakes, which I didn't ask them to do. About $900 in parts and another $900 in labor. They only worked on my car for about 3 - 4 hours.
Went to performance for help with electrical sensors. They did a great job with the repair and communication.

I usually drop my car off and pick it up after work. This time was my day off and they were able to squeeze me in without an appointment. I had my four year old and infant with me. I had set up an appointment to bring my car in at noon for a lube, oil and filter change. The shop was packed when I arrived and my hopes of being out of there in 45 minutes didn't look promising. Did a recall update. Did it in a timely manner and we appreciate it. Would have liked to have had the car washed however because that is what they said they would do anytime we brought it in.

Carlos is a star in the service writer job. He makes sure I don’t get charged for redundant flat rate labor for procedures that have some of the same steps at the same visit. We have eight Hondas in our family and Carlos is one reason why.

The service department at Performance Honda of Bountiful has always been great to me. Tyler Vance is an awesome service writer & has always been good to recommend fixes for issues BEFORE they become actual issues. I love the video inspection they give & the lube techs always seem to know what they are doing. I also love their 3 oil change specials. I’ve purchased several throughout the years. I hope they continue that because I just used my last one. Keep doing good things service people!
Had a flat tire that also damaged some trim around the wheel. I got an appointment the day I called and everything was done in a little over an hour. Delighted to get that kind of service and the peace of mind having a road worthy vehicle.

Technician was very honest and even gave alternatives for needed services.
My wife took her car in to be serviced. It was great, but they didn't calibrate our tire pressure system. So it showed low tire pressure. We went back and they took care of it quickly. However I shouldn't have had to go back

Was able to get an appointment quickly. They repaired my car quickly with video documentation of what was going on prior to the repair. Used the shuttle service for the first time, when I dropped off the car so they brought me back to SLC while they worked on the car. Good experience.
