I recently had my vehicle serviced at this location and had a great experience. I worked with James who was professional, polite, and attentive. He communicated with me regularly and made me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. I had originally visited the Ken Garff Location downtown SLC and had a terrible experience there but James made up for it at this location.
Carlos was awesome and super helpful when I had to come in with a few issues with my Ridgeline. Looking forward to all his help when I come in for my back ordered part.
Ive had performance Honda in Bountiful service my cars for the past 10 plus years. My service rep - Tyler, is very knowledgeable and professional.mist recently they simply changed oil and rotated tires but I've used them for all service needs, Trans service, brakes, radiator coolant, as well as electronic issues. Their pricing seems competitive, more importantly they have gained my confidence in their quality workmanship. Only once, some time ago, I had an issue and they jumped on it and made sure I was happy.

Greeted promptly and the problem was identified before service ticket even written. Price was what was quoted. Very efficient. Very well treated. Wonder about the price. I saw keys online for $20 and they charged $145. You get what you pay for?

On my way home from getting groceries, I was involved in an accident which involved my getting involved in an accident which forced me to run over the center island median. Due to construction work being performed my vehicle bounced around violently before my regaining control. When I finally regained control I got out of the vehicle to examine my vehicle. Excellent service by Tyler. Had just gotten foot surgery and needed to get home to elevate my foot when skid plate started dragging on the road. He got us a ride home right away and they came back the next day so we could get our car after it was repaired.
The service department is the best. I love the video diagnosis they send, I never see under the hood or underneath the car. The waiting area also has Fresca on tap!! Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good about Suda. He has taken care of my family more times than I can count and has been very upfront with what actually needs to be done on our Hondas and when he would recommend it be done. Honda is lucky to have him and should do everything they can to keep him.
I had a very good experience for a very unusual problem. I dropped my key fob on the floor underneath the passenger seat. When I was reaching for it I knocked it into a hole that went under the floor board. It was impossible to retrieve. I was very upset. I went to Performance Honda and even though they were extremely busy Tyler took the time to retrieve my key for me. He didn’t even charge me! Brittany was very helpful in getting my car registered for maintenance. She also gave me a fairly accurate estimate. The Maintenence went smoothly and got my car back in a timely manner. I love that I never have to wait to see a service manager when I bring my car in. I love going to Bountiful Performance Honda.

I have always been a Honda guy, but this was my first time working with the Bountiful location. These guys went above and beyond and took care of me when I'm sure most other mechanics wouldn't. My splash guard got caught on the freeway and completed folded under my car making it undriveable. I happened to be around the corner from the dealership.
