Whenever we come in to get things repaired, or just for an oil change etc. Carlos and other service reps has always been very friendly and informative. Always willing to work things out with us. And sending us coupons. We don’t usually take our vehicles anywhere else. In fact, we bought our last car here, too. Performance Honda has been great. Thank you!

I came in late in the afternoon with a car that would barely start. I guessed it was the battery and was informed I was correct. I didn’t have an appointment, but was quickly taken care of. I had a short wait while a new battery was installed. Many thanks!

The whole service department at Performance Honda is great. They always take good care of me, keep me up to date on my vehicle’s progress, and have a nice comfortable lounge with popcorn and drinks while I wait.

Awesome technician. He gave me very direct help about the wear of my tires and said getting them rotated again would make them last longer... amazing because I was just letting them wear out and I was told they were not much good. He was someone I could trust! That can be a difficult find anymore.

Sergio is friendly and personable. He insures that the repairs are done correctly and satisfies the customer. He is careful and pays attention to details. I always feel confident that the repairs will be done with quality and in a timely manner. I am always surprised at how fast my requests are completed.

Auto recall

The oil change went well. The tire rotation took an extra 2+ hours. They told me it would take an extra hour because of a problem theumy encountered. 2 hours later I had to track them down to get an update. They said 5 minutes. 20 minutes later it was finally done.

I was very pleased from the beginning to the finish.

Upon driving into the service department (my first time there) I was greeted by James whom was friendly and asked me what he could help me with today. I was there for a tire rotation and oil change. Upon completion James shared what was performed on the vehicle and answered a few basic questions and told me where my vehicle was and I was on my way. Thank you!

Overall, I think the experience was positive and good. I appreciate the video of service on my car. My service rep was very helpful and attentive. I just have one recommendation for her. Your car wash is not good unless you wipe the car down it leaves water spots as if it got rained on. I appreciate that you want to make the effort to wash my car however it really needs to be done right. Some customers may be OK with water spots. I’m not one of them. Perhaps you can give your customer the option at the beginning of the service on whether or not they want a car wash.

I've been bringing my car here for years, and they've always taken such good care of it. The staff is fantastic and genuinely respectful. Unlike some other places I've been to, where the employees talked down to me, Performance Honda feels welcoming and values their clients. Shout out to Tyler, he's been an employee there longer then I've been a client, he's amazing!

James was excellent to work with in the service department at Performance Honda Bountiful! We were told by a different repair company that our vehicle needed repairs that would cost thousands of dollars. Luckily we went to Performance Honda’s service department to have them look at the car as well and after looking at the vehicle they said that nothing needed repaired and even sent us a video of the parts in question. This saved us thousands of dollars. We took the vehicle on a family road trip the next week driving over 3,000 miles and had no issues at all. They were wonderful to work with and most importantly honest. Will definitely be using them again for future needs.

I went into the dealership for an oil change. And they were very busy. I told Brittney, that I had another appointment. I needed to be out in an hour and she was able to get me in and out. And she also rotated my tires.

Britt made the best of an inherited problem with my tires. A previous person neglected to order my tire the day before. Britt was able to get me a very comparable tire at a comparable price. Plus she was able to get the job done on time even with a new tire order needed. The mechanic did a thorough inspection and found a few things that needed attention. I had planned to wait for my vehicle, but with the additional work that needed to be done, the service advisor offered me a rental vehicle at no charge so I wouldn't be stranded without a car while the repairs were made.
